Pints for Pups September 12

We’re back at it!  That’s right all you Dog Lovers.  It’s the second annual Pints for Pups benefiting Humane Pennsylvania. Sunday, September 12th is going to be a real leg humper!

This event kicks off early with a “Dog Gone Ride”. Staging at Classic begins 9:30. Grab a coffee and breakfast sandwich from Perk-Up Food Truck. Then hit the road at 10 to the The Freedom Center for Animal Life-Saving”, a $2.1 million newly renovated, state of the art shelter for homeless and stray pets.  Visit with the pets.  Then, get a behind the scenes tour of this cutting edge facility which brings together a constellation of services and supports to do more for animals, faster and more effectively than ever! The ride returns to Classic for the Pints for Pups event. Your $15 ride entrance fee  includes a chili dog and soda/water. Purchase your ride entrance on Eventbrite or avoid the handling fees and stop by Classic to sign up! *All proceeds benefit Humane Pennsylvania*

Bring your kids out to meet the most popular Australian Dingo on TV.  Bluey will be available for photos from 12:00 – 1:00.

IS YOUR DACHSHUND A SPEED WEINER?  Then enter the Dachshund Derby Dash races at 1:30.  $10 gets your Weiner Dog into the bracketed races.  This year we have purebred and mixed breed brackets.  Winning weiner gets a $50 gift card to Classic and a bone. To pre-register your weiner email Rudy Arceo Venomousconservation@gmail.com!

Oh but wait, if you’ve seen your dog rubbing noses or sniffing butts with another special four legged friend….THEN MAKE IT OFFICIAL.  For just $5 per dog you can treat your dog to a “Doggie Style Wedding” married in the Chapel of Love by the King Himself (Classic’s outdoor pavilion)!  Dogs will get a short ceremony from the king, a printed framed

photo together, a marriage certificate, and a bone…You may smooch the pooch!

Grab a pint from Saucony Creek and grab a sandwich from Perk-Up Food Truck or chili dog from Redner’s chef Tim. Get a haircut from Whiskers Barber Co. Check in with our vendors: Angel Bear Designs, Patty’s Pawsitively Perfect Dog Treats, and Name Rings by Bob Rode.
