I have been coming here for several years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone from accessories, parts, clothing, sales and service has a good background with regards to all things Harley. They are helpful without being pushy or overbearing. Their prices seem to be pretty much in line with other Harley dealers. The selection with regards to bikes is a little larger than some of the other area dealers. Their selection of parts, accessories and miscellaneous merchandise is in line with other area dealers.

Excellent experience buying gear and taking the BRC up at CHD!!! Having little to no motorcycling experience up to this point the staff was incredibly helpful in pointing me in the right direction. Sales staff wasn’t pressuring at all and was incredibly patient while I tried to find a helmet to fit my melon. The course was incredibly well structured, and despite being the only true new rider in the class I never felt rushed or pressured. John and Leanne were incredibly patient Rider Coaches and gave great personalized feedback. All in all a 5 star experience.

Just picked up my 2015 road glide special after classic put in the Rockford fosgate system. My bike didn’t have lid speakers previously but they cut them in for me. Now I have a rockin 4 speaker system that not only sounds amazing but looks great as well. Tim and Chris the service advisors were both great, easy to work with and got me in and done as promised as well as quoted. I have been going there for a couple years now and had other services done. Never disappointed!!! Don’t know the service techs name who did the work or I’d put that out there as well. Awesome job guys. My ears are still ringing. Thank you again I couldn’t be happier. Next up is bar and I just have to add neither Tim not Chris tried to push anything on me in fact they were on board with taking my time to make sure that the bars I ultimately buy are truly the ones I want and comfortable rather than buying for looks and throwing away 500+ on something I could hate. Top notch crew there from service to parts to sales and motor clothes.

We went to Classic to take a look at a bike we saw on their web site. I wasn’t expecting to commit to anything on our first visit but, after seeing the bike, I was hooked. The staff was absolutely amazing and made us feel at home from the minute we walked in. They were extremely busy but, still made the time to treat us like old friends. We bought an amazing bike at a very reasonable price and the service was seamless and flawless. I will, and already have, recommended Classic to my friends. While the shop is a long way from my home, I will take the extra time to make Classic, my go to Harley shop.

Classic Harley-Davidson’s got my business. I found the Dealership when I took a Ride Like A Pro lesson with Shane Eckert. The bike, was new to me and I wanted to build confidence. While my riding skills improved, the bike started throwing Check Engine Codes. The off duty employees were honing their Competition Skills on a competition course in their parking lots. One of the off duty mechanics cleared the codes. An hour later the codes reappeared. The Service Manager agreed to have the codes read and further diagnose the issue. I live in Berwick, about an hour and a half to the North. I was really grateful. After testing it, the mechanic on duty took it for a test ride. He found a noise beginning in the Primary. They didn’t charge me. I had been to another dealership where I bought an alarm. It’s a plug and play install, about 10 mins. They offered to install it and flash the computer to recognize the alarm charging an hour and a half shop time, which isn’t needed. So this experience really stood out. Classic Harley-Davidson has earned my business.

This “Thank you” is long overdue – Danielle of Classic Harley-Davidson helped me immensely over the summer. As I was finishing up some undergrad courses in PA and moving back and forth for grad school in Rhode Island, I wanted to make sure I earned my motorcycle license before permanently moving up here. I would look on PAMSP’s website and licensing course listings almost every day and could NOT seem to find any openings before moving to RI. I reached out to Danielle and she helped me every single day look for openings, put me on waiting lists, and update me if something new came up. She looked relentlessly and updated me every single time she saw something I could potentially do. It was a huge help while trying to juggle all that I was doing, and I’m sure it was easy for her either considering her busy schedule. She helped register myself and one of my friends into a licensing course where we both ended up passing! She made the process easy and stress-free. I hope Classic Harley-Davidson appreciates her as much as I do. She is a fantastic representation of your business and a strong advocate for Harley-Davidson in general. Thank you for all you did to help me and it will be appreciated every time I hop on my bike and take it for a ride through scenic Rhode Island, and wherever else I decide to go! Would not have been able to do this without you, seriously. When I am a little older, I will invest in a nice Harley, but for now, I am happy to be riding this beauty for the time being!
