Annual Carvin' Up Classic

Classic Harley-Davidson is hosting the 5th year of "Carvin' Up Classic".  

This competition draws around 40 competitors from the Mid to Eastern United States and Canada each year.  Competitors are broken down into three categories - Civilian Novice, Civilian Expert, and Police.  On Saturday, May 25th they are graded on the cone patterns they run for precision and time.  Trophies are awarded for 1st - 3rd Place - Novice, Expert, Police, 1st Place Eliminator, 1st Place Team Slow Ride, and Overall Top Rider.

Each day is free to attend.  Saturday's competition starts 9:00 - around 1:30.

Meet Angelo Todaro.

Angelo Todaro is the Regional Police & Fleet Sales Representative for the Northeast. He is a 39-year veteran of law enforcement and retired as a motorcycle officer with the Suffolk County Police Department in New York. Angelo was the lead instructor in his unit and was certified by NUCPS as a Police Motorcycle Instructor in 2005.  He has been a Rider Coach with MSF since 1992. He was responsible for  raining motorcycle officers in his department as well as many other local departments that utilized his agency’s training facilities. After his retirement, Angelo worked as a Service Department Manager at a Harley-Davidson® dealership near his home.
