One Week Getaway (EPSNRVND)
7 nights of resort accommodations for 2 adults and up to 2 children (age 11 and under) at one of up 3000 resorts, located worldwide.
- NO TIMESHARE PRESENTATION IS REQUIRED
- There is a $100.00 USD reservation deposit required at registration. This deposit is fully refundable at any point should the guest decide not to book.
- The reservation deposit will be used as payment for the travel agency booking fee if a booking is completed or will be refunded to the guest if they choose not to complete a travel booking. Guest must contact Odenza to process the refund.
- Please note: Some resorts will charge local taxes/fees. Many resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean have mandatory all-inclusive plans payable at the resort. Travel agents will be able to advise each guest about this information regarding the specific resort that they are interested in prior to completing a booking and work with them to find alternative options if needed. Local resort taxes & fees and/or mandatory all-inclusive fees are not covered by the certificate.

Registration Process:
1) Certificate holders will go to www.odenzareg.com to register and submit the applicable refundable reservation deposit by Visa or Mastercard.*
*Guests that do not have access to a computer can request a manual registration form and submit their deposit by mail in the form of a bank draft or money order.
2) Guests will be sent an email with a link and passcode to browse through the available resort inventory online where they can place a 24-hour reservation hold on their selected resort and call Odenza to finalize the booking or consult an in-house travel agent for more info.
FAQ’s:
a) Can upgrades/changes be made to the promotional trip?
Yes! The promotional inventory website will also include options for upgraded destinations and accommodations at additional cost. Registered Guests who are interested in exploring customized vacation options such as extending the length of stay, additional travelers, alternate destinations and more can contact our customer service team and request to work with one of our dedicated travel agents. Odenza’s agents can help guests book the custom vacation of their dreams and/or assist with add-ons not included in the promotional vacation such as flights, car rentals, attraction passes and more.
b) Why are funds required before working with a travel agent?
Prices and availability of travel change by the minute which means that the funds are needed in-house at registration so that as soon as the guest wants to book a spot can be reserved. The guest will receive a full 100% refund if they no longer want to book at any point.
c) Is the certificate transferable?
Yes, the certificate is transferable prior to registration.
d) Can I use 2 or more certificates together for group travel?
No, group travel is not permitted as stated in the terms and conditions.
